I described what we were looking for and the Chevy people took us to the Acura side which was fine with me as I had had a very good experience with the Chevy folks and family members raved about the excellent service at the Acura dealership We spent the entire rest of the day and evening choosing which car to get. We were very appreciative of the knowledge and assistance of our sales rep. I had told them that I do not like high pressure sales tactics and did not feel that we were subjected to any at all. I was presented with car options, a very long test drive and the ability to make my own choices. At the end of the process, my sales rep took plenty of time to go over all the features of our new MDX and answer my many questions. More

True to my word, after visiting their Lexus branch up the hill (and having an unfortunately poor experience there), I came back to buy the next day. They gave me a fair deal on my Audi trade-in, and didn't meet me 'halfway' with my counter-offer: they came all the way to me. I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience, especially when this is my only positive experience in doing so after several instances in the past with other dealships. More

He made what usually is a dreadful experience very pleasant.
