Admittedly it was a tough deal and I think Hana handle quite well and she was wonderful. The entire process was flawless and Hana did a superb job with explaining about the vehicle during the test drive and giving honest opinion. She follow up with me a couple of times after purchase to make sure that I've got everything needed and overall I was extremely satisfied. Pohanka Acura was FABULOUS! The first time I visited, I met Hana Supandi, a young and very professional consultant. Even though I said I was just researching, she spent time with me explaining the cars and even letting me test drive one. During the following weeks, she kept in touch with me, but was professional, helpful and kind. Never obnoxious or pushy. When I was ready to purchase, I made an appointment with Hana and purchased a car (an RDX). The process was flawless and pretty quick - even for a Saturday morning with a busy showroom. Hana was focused on me the entire time, professional, honest, and wonderful to deal with. Some of the other sales managers even stopped by to introduce themselves and offer assistance. They also introduced me to some of the service professionals. I felt like a VIP. My companion was so impressed that he is planning to return and purchase a car from Hana Supandi. I'm looking forward to working with the service department that is open 7 days a week! I will definitely return to Pohanka Acura and absolutely recommend them as a top dealer. More

I described what we were looking for and the Chevy people took us to the Acura side which was fine with me as I had had a very good experience with the Chevy folks and family members raved about the excellent service at the Acura dealership We spent the entire rest of the day and evening choosing which car to get. We were very appreciative of the knowledge and assistance of our sales rep. I had told them that I do not like high pressure sales tactics and did not feel that we were subjected to any at all. I was presented with car options, a very long test drive and the ability to make my own choices. At the end of the process, my sales rep took plenty of time to go over all the features of our new MDX and answer my many questions. More
