When I was doubtful that I wouldn't be able to take the Acura home that I so desperately wanted he reassured me that the finance person was wonderful and great at her job. He told me that she would work out a deal so that I would be able to drive the car home that evening. Even though I arrived late because I got lost he waited for me to arrive at the dealership, took me for a test drive and did everything that he could to make me feel comfortable. I would go back to Pohanka Acura to purchase another car and would ask for Christopher as my sales person. I plan to refer him to many of my friends interested in purchasing a car from that dealership. More

I requested a quote via their website and got back a fair quote right away from their online sales Manager Yong Kim. I did some additional research on truecars.com and no other dealers were able to beat the initial quote from Yong. I basically did much of my price negotiations with Yong via email (I'm not a natural haggler). The good thing that I was able to get an "out the door" quote so I knew exactly what I was going to pay prior to heading in. When I finally came in for the purchase, I actually was able to do better than the quote since it was labor day weekend. Very happy with the experience, and super happy with the new MDX. More
