When we arrived at the dealership that evening, Phillip already had the car parked and waiting our front for us. He was very personable and helpful through the experience and even stayed late while we worked with the finance manager, who was also very nice and helpful. Three years ago my life started over when I received a closed head injury that left me with a traumatic brain injury. I try to take as many steps as I can to be a productive and responsible person, while still acknowledging my weaknesses. With that being said, there are many things that I still struggle with. When handling business it is a must the person I am working with is honest and straight forward. Joey Lackovic was the individual who I was trusting, to not only help me get a new Acura, but to also help me trade in a very complex lease. I am pleased to say Joey not only earned my trust, but exceeded my expectations. Joey was my guide through the entire process from deal initiation to drive off. He returned my first email requests promptly , worked with the store GM (Lenny Gonzales) to get me out of my lease, matched out of state pricing, came in on his day off, got me top dollar for my trade, and insured I hit my payment goal. From the first email to putting on my new plates Joey was world class. There is not enough positive praise I can give the Pohanka Acura Team, from the gentleman (Mr. Guiterrez) that showed my wife and seven year old son to a private lounge to relax. To the finance manager (Ray Morton) who made sure the protection I wanted on the vehicle was affordable. I was a Cadillac man trading my 2015 Escalade for a 2016 MDX, I am now an Acura man, soon to trade my CTS V for an TLX. That being said, no matter what brand I choose I will now always stay with the Pohanka family. I will also share my experience with my local community and my online community.
