The moment you walk in the door, you are greeted and someone is there waiting to assist you. There was a lot of people car shopping that day so I thought the speed was impressive. I came with a very unique situation and my salesperson, Joey Lackovic was more than helpful! He listened to my concerns, addressed my questions and informed me of every step throughout the process. He even transferred my things from my old car to my new car so all I had to do was adjust my seat and drive away. I received financing through Acura and I am very appreciative of the efforts from both Leah and Rob to make this process as painless as possible. Buying cars always stresses me and they both were very accommodating to my requests. Even though I was not being serviced directly by two other gentleman, I also appreciate Phillip 'Flip" Carleton and Jabrel Mines "words of encouragement". Like I said, I was stressed and they also listened to my concerns and reassured that I was making a good decision. I even met with Cedric Singleton I have other dealerships that are closer to my home but I will be returning to Pohanka due to the service! More

We returned two days later and bought the car. Ryan's sales approach was very low key. No pressure sales. We worked with Finance manger Ray Morton to get a loan. Ray was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through all the extra warranties being offered. We have bought many cars over the years.
