Great 2016 Acura Purchase Experience CJ ZHU was my sales Consultant and made the purchase at Pohanka Acura a very smooth transaction. After receiving a very good sales price, I ordered a 2016 RDX AWD Advance vehicle. CJ prepared all the necessary forms to complete the order. I was finished within an hour and received a tentative delivery date for the new vehicle. The vehicle arrived on time and CJ had everything ready to go by the time I arrived at the dealer. He had all additional documentation prepared for my signature, and after smoothly completing the financial aspects of the purchase, CJ installed the new tags on the car and it was ready to go. CJ provided an excellent overview of the systems within the car and assisted in setting up my SmartPhone for Bluetooth operation. I had a few questions relating to the vehicle and it's electronics and he was able to tell me everything I needed to know. Clearly, he has an excellent understanding of the product that he sells, and that is very important, since technology is moving at light-speed in the automotive industry. He suggested that I spend a few days with the car and then call him with any questions concerning it's operation. Finally, since I was a new customer to the Pohanka dealership, CJ brought me into the Service Center and introduced me to one of the Representatives, who provided an overview of Pohanka's Service operation. Within a few days, CJ phoned me to check in and see if there was anything else he could assist with concerning the car. He also told me he was available anytime in the future to provide assistance. I was interested in trading in my car for an SUV and came to this location because I felt that they had a bigger selection of The title says it all! The moment you walk in the door, you are greeted and someone is there waiting to assist you. There was a lot of people car shopping that day so I thought the speed was impressive. I came with a very unique situation and my salesperson, Joey Lackovic was more than helpful! He listened to my concerns, addressed my questions and informed me of every step throughout the process. He even transferred my things from my old car to my new car so all I had to do was adjust my seat and drive away. I received financing through Acura and I am very appreciative of the efforts from both Leah and Rob to make this process as painless as possible. Buying cars always stresses me and they both were very accommodating to my requests. Even though I was not being serviced directly by two other gentleman, I also appreciate Phillip 'Flip" Carleton and Jabrel Mines "words of encouragement". Like I said, I was stressed and they also listened to my concerns and reassured that I was making a good decision.
