I took my car in about two weeks ago for routine service and decided to look at the 2015 MDX while there. Yong Kim was extremely knowledgeable, patient, friendly and just a pleasure to work with. After working with Yong and Ray Morton the finance manager to reach the desired price I wanted, along with a trade-in value I felt was fair I decided to purchase the new 2015 MDX a few days later. WOW is all I can say. Love the car! What I loved even more was the thoughtful follow up from Yong who was never over-bearing yet attentive to the details. It was a busy Labor day weekend for them, but Yong never rushed us and allowed for my husband and I to take another test drive just to make sure. He knew the vehicle I was eyeing up and "hid" the keys from his colleagues to make sure that it was available for me when I got there which I loved. Ray was also helpful and made the back-end finance discussions easier and less intimidating. Both were fantastic and I would recommend them both to everyone. Courtney Lindquist, the Financial Director, was really sweet and friendly and made sure that I understood each and every buying power that I had so that I could make the right decision without regret. Now having the car for five months, Philip Carleton, our Sales Associate, remained committed to us as his customer, when we noticed a manufacturer repair issue. We called him and he was able to connect us with the service team as well as provide us with a loaner car overnight, due to the inconvenience. I have owned three BMW's and was never provided a loaner car or had the process run this smooth. Our salesperson, Phillip's professionalism and commitment to us as customers reinforced our overall satisfaction with the Pohanka Acura experience.
