I took my car in about two weeks ago for routine service and decided to look at the 2015 MDX while there. Yong Kim was extremely knowledgeable, patient, friendly and just a pleasure to work with. After working with Yong and Ray Morton the finance manager to reach the desired price I wanted, along with a trade-in value I felt was fair I decided to purchase the new 2015 MDX a few days later. WOW is all I can say. Love the car! What I loved even more was the thoughtful follow up from Yong who was never over-bearing yet attentive to the details. It was a busy Labor day weekend for them, but Yong never rushed us and allowed for my husband and I to take another test drive just to make sure. He knew the vehicle I was eyeing up and "hid" the keys from his colleagues to make sure that it was available for me when I got there which I loved. Ray was also helpful and made the back-end finance discussions easier and less intimidating. Both were fantastic and I would recommend them both to everyone. I also wanted to recognize Jimmy in Service. I've had him a few times and he is always helpful, friendly and great with follow up. Thanks Pohanka! More

Joey O' Bryhim, the Financial Advisor, really took the time to sit down with me to talk about options that will be best for me. He was very knowledgeable and kind, and relieved some of the anxiety that I had when purchasing a new vehicle. He was able to answer all my questions and always responded to my messages even after my purchase. Courtney Lindquist, the Financial Director, was really sweet and friendly and made sure that I understood each and every buying power that I had so that I could make the right decision without regret. Also, Rick Praml, who was the sales expert, took the time to sit down and test drive cars with me until I finally found the car I truly loved. The team that I was paired with really understood my wants and needs and I will definitely go back to them without a doubt for future purchases. No other Acura dealership can compare to the level of service that I received from them. More

The technicians working on the vehicle were able to find some issues that would have required additional service soon and Adam recommended having the work combined with what they were already doing while my car was in, saving me both some money and another trip to the shop. Definitely appreciate the fact that they give the car a good once over and think of things like that. very thorough/great communication/great attention to the details of the service-will definitely be back. Our sales person was knowledgeable and supportive when we purchased the vehicle, but the service didn't stop there. Now having the car for five months, Philip Carleton, our Sales Associate, remained committed to us as his customer, when we noticed a manufacturer repair issue. We called him and he was able to connect us with the service team as well as provide us with a loaner car overnight, due to the inconvenience. I have owned three BMW's and was never provided a loaner car or had the process run this smooth. Our salesperson, Phillip's professionalism and commitment to us as customers reinforced our overall satisfaction with the Pohanka Acura experience. If you are looking for a excellent car buying experience as well as dedication and commitment to you as a consumer you should visit Pohanka Acura and ask for Phillip. More

We have been very pleased with the price and the experience of our purchase. From the outset Rick kept me informed through email and phone and worked with me on options and price over more than a week with my travel schedule and made a compelling offer to get me in to the store and drive out with a car my wife and I love. I also like how he did a tour of the premises and the services dept and got me introduced to the head (an equally courteous Erkin) making us feel even more valued as a buyer of a premium vehicle as he discussed the Service process. The Finance Manager Ray was also courteous and friendly adding to the already smooth no pressure sales process. Adam was very personable and kept me up to date on the status of the repair. I highly recommend visiting Adam in customer service, he is one of the best in the customer service industry. If customer service in other fields could be half this friendly, customers would be more patient when things don't go as planned. More

Adam was very knowledgeable on the RLX and made sure he worked to give me the best deal possible, and never pressured me. Ray provided me with in-depth details of the various warranties available and I never felt pressured, which allowed me to select the best warranties for my current/future needs. Without the teamwork and dedication to detail that Adam and Ray exhibited, I would have chosen a dealership closer to Frederick, MD.
