Now having the car for five months, Philip Carleton, our Sales Associate, remained committed to us as his customer, when we noticed a manufacturer repair issue. We called him and he was able to connect us with the service team as well as provide us with a loaner car overnight, due to the inconvenience. I have owned three BMW's and was never provided a loaner car or had the process run this smooth. Our salesperson, Phillip's professionalism and commitment to us as customers reinforced our overall satisfaction with the Pohanka Acura experience.
