Yong Kim gave me several options, explained very well about the options, and helped me trade-in my car with the new Acura at the best price on the both side. I have never had such great experience in car buying with trade-in. When I went to the dealership after making decision, the car and all the paper works were ready, so my wait time was very minimal. I just needed to wait for the technician to check my previous car I traded in. Yong was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. It was one of the best car buying experience I had. Straight 5's Across the Board I recently had the most pleasurable experience shopping for a new vehicle. I first dropped in at Pohanka Acura one afternoon just after work. Altho I recently had the most pleasurable experience shopping for a new vehicle. I first dropped in at Pohanka Acura one afternoon just after work. Although I didn't have a scheduled appointment, when I approached the showroom entrance...I was immediately greeted by one of the Pohanka staff. He promptly introduced me to Christopher P., who was very friendly and enthusiastic. (It's easy to see he loves his job!) I explained to Christopher what I was searching for and an idea of my requirements. He was very knowledgeable about the Acura brand, and quickly led me to a selection of vehicles on the lot. We test drove a few cars, reviewed some trim packages on the dealer's inventory, and scheduled a follow-up test drive the following day. The next day Christopher gave me a phone call...informing me that my requested vehicle had arrived at the dealership. After work, I went to the dealer...test drove and inspected the in's and out's of the vehicle. I took my wife, who also commented on Christopher's knowledge and easy going attitude. There was no pressure to make a deal (purchase) and we had a 10 minute negotiation. I was then introduced to the Finance Mgr, Roy M. He was very helpful and reviewed all the financial matters efficiently and with clarity. He even looked up my Acura finance application, made a few adjustments, and had me on my way with the brand new vehicle. The morning of the deal, I was approx. 90% sure that I'd make a deal with Pohanka Acura. After the phone call - I was 110% sure about making a deal!. Summing it up: Over the 24 hour period, between first contact with Pohanka and before completing the purchase...I was extremely delighted with the entire experience. I now have a new found relationship as a member of the Acura family. Thanks Christopher and Roy! More

Excellent customer service by Ryan Cartee! I purchased an Acura RDX yesterday at Pohanka Acura and Ryan Cartee was my sales associate. My boyfriend and I worked with Ryan over the course of a w I purchased an Acura RDX yesterday at Pohanka Acura and Ryan Cartee was my sales associate. My boyfriend and I worked with Ryan over the course of a week on the pricing of the RDX and on the trade-in value for my car and he was always very responsive and helpful. When we went in to make the purchase Ryan honored all of our previously discussed pricing, even though I decided I wanted a car that was different from what we'd previously discussed. He didn't waste any time in getting our deal approved and even saved us a few dollars by installing our all-weather floormats and cargo tray himself (rather than having the service department do it). The financial savings due to this wasn't much but the gesture showed Ryan's great customer service and was appreciated. We also worked with Ray in the finance department, who was very easy to work with and quickly presented all options to help us choose the best products to fit our needs. I am very pleased with my experience at Pohanka and with both Ryan and Ray and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. More
