I have been an Acura 3,.2TL owner for more than 12 years and I drove my car up to 120,000 mileage. I wanted to buy another Acura 3.2 TL because I liked its reliability & speed. More than half of the search for the car I wanted was done w/ their very user friendly website with competitive pricing and full Carfax Report. I drove 3.5 hours to visit the " state of the art" Pohanka Acura in Chantily, VA. By the time I got there, I came up with 3 listed selection from their Pre-Owned Website and had the agent, Ms. Phuong Davison to accompany me and my husband for a test drive each one of them. The critical aspect of buying comes with the Final Pricing. They have a "hands-on" General Manager, Mr. Lenny Gonzales whom I requested to speak with.I negotiated the Final purchase price with him and found him to be a good listener. In the end, we were delighted to drive home the 2006 Honda Pilot at a well negotiated win/win price for both buyer and seller After spending almost a whole day at Pohanka Acura we observed that the success of the dealership stems from the leadership of a "hands-on" General Manager ( Mr. Lenny Gonzalez) who is dedicated, spends long hours of hard work, keen listening skills and very perceptive human relation skills that permeates throughout the entire sales force of the dealership. I was considering a new Acura TL and Rick was extremely helpful in trying to figure out the best deal and the correct car for me. He even brought a comparable TL by my house to let my wife see it, and I am helpful in trying to figure out the best deal and the correct car for me.
