I had a fabulous experience at Pohanka Acura from start to finish. I spent about 6 weeks researching which car I wanted. Zou was respectful of my choice to communicate primarily via email and was promptly responsive to my emails. I also worked with Joey on a couple of occasions, including the day that I purchased my car. He was extremely pleasant to work with & made the process of purchasing a car enjoyable and uncomplicated. It was also nice to see Zou and Joey work together to get me into my new car. It really felt like a "team" environment. Finally, I worked with Ana in the Finance Department. Ana was very knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly, not pushy! I really appreciated working with Zou, Joey, & Ana at Pohanka. I highly recommend this dealership! More

We traveled 200 miles to do business with Rick Praml and Pohanka. Had leased a 2010 Acura TL from the dealership; decided to return it to them when we successfully negotiated by email a lease deal for a 201 Pohanka. Rick is an outstanding sales person and very sensitive to a customer's needs. We had a particular reason that we had to delay finalization of the deal, but it was never questioned nor was there any pressure exerted by Rick or the dealership. We would have like to have been able to establish a relationship with a dealership nearer to us, but after visiting more than 6 dealers in our area, we decided that Pohanka and Rick were worth the drive! I had a phenomenal experience at this dealership. I was looking to trade in 2 cars for a new one and was a difficult case because I had so much negative equity on one vehicle. I test drove 4 different cars looking to trade in 2 cars for a new one and was a difficult case because I had so much negative equity on one vehicle. I test drove 4 different cars and ended up driving one home overnight to get a better feel for it. I ended up with a brand new TSX that I love. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Discussing price was no nonsense and I feel that I got a great deal. They didn't waste my time or try to persuade me to do anything. Phuong helped me set up the Bluetooth and made sure I didn't have any questions before I left. She even helped me to get both of my cars to the dealership all the way from Manassas and that was a huge help. I am very pleased with my overall experience and plan on using Pohanka again for future purchases. This team was amazing. Not only did they make what could've easily become a very stressful experience an amazing one, but they did it with a smile. My wife and I pretty much knew going in that we wanted the RDX dealers. Lenny (GM), Ted (sales manager) and Ray (Finance Manager) get the job done! My wife and I pretty much knew going in that we wanted the RDX - so it didn't take much to sell us on the car. So it really came down to price and customer service. Lenny gave us a great deal - so the only deciding factor was how we were treated. In this services-based nation of ours, I think we can all agree - how businesses treat customers means everything these days. The gang at Pohanka are top shelf in this department. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted warmly and respectfully by all of the dealers. At no point did we feel pressured to do anything - they simply just wanted us to be happy with our purchase. From the first touch point with Ted to meeting Lenny and finalizing numbers to closing/signing the deal with Ray, Pohanka are champions of putting the customer in the driver's seat. My wife and I highly recommend them if you're considering purchasing an Acura. More
