They waited until I found a car I was happy with and then they made me an offer. There were no games, no back and forth delays. The manager came over and sat down to discuss his offer right away. I’m impressed by the product knowledge Darly possesses and his ability to provide close support without pressure. The test drive revealed to me the quality of the vehicle and Darly was able to answer my technical questions, it was like having a factory rep in the vehicle during my test drive. The dealership may not have the fanciest showroom I have been in, but they treat you like someone special. As a return customer they worked harder to make a deal that worked for me. My salesmen (Yong Kim) was very friendly and worked hard with management to earn my business. He kept me informed when a car was available for a test drive. Since the RLX I was interested was not available, Lenny Gonzales, the General Manager, went for a test drive with me in his personal car!! Yong spent a lot of time with me and did not make me feel rushed. I appreciated that Yong did not pressure me into making the deal. The RLX that we made a deal on was in shipment to the dealership and was not scheduled to arrive for several weeks. Yong kept me informed by e-mail, text, and phone as to the status of the shipment of the car. He was always quick to respond to my texts, e-mails, and phone calls if I had questions. He even ensured that I received the special offer on the car that was due to expire before my car arrived. Once the car arrived the dealership jumped right on it and had all the accessories/options installed and the car ready that same day so I could pick it up before I left out of town on business. When I arrived to pick up the car, Yong had all the paperwork prepared and waiting for me. After all the paperwork from the finance department was completed he spent the time to thoroughly explain and operate the features of the car. He let me know that he was available to answer any other questions I might have after I drove the car for a while. In addition to leasing three cars from Pohanka Acura, I also have my car serviced there. The service department is top notch. They always meet or beat the estimated completion time for any service. The cost of service is not cheap, but I feel they do very good work and I feel confident in them maintaining my car. I recommend Acura cars to all my friends and would recommend the Pohanka Acura dealership to them as well. It is the quality and value of Acura vehicles that keeps me coming back time after time.
