I went to Pohanka Acura looking for a used TSX. The availability of TSX's was great! They had many different colors and options to choose from. Unfortunately I did not qualify for the payment that I needed due to my negative equity on my Mercedes:( But when I pay this car down enough to get a new Acura Phil Barau will be the first and only person I go to. This month I went to Pohanka Acura where I got a great deal leasing a 2013 ILX Tech. During the decision making process, they were very helpful in providing me information about the different options wit deal leasing a 2013 ILX Tech. During the decision making process, they were very helpful in providing me information about the different options with the ILX so that I could make an informed decision about what was best for me at this stage in my life. Once I settled on the ILX Tech, Ana in the finance office went over all the details of the lease with me. Since this was my first time leasing, it was very important to me to make sure my non-accounting brain understood all the agreement terms. Ana was fantastic in explaining everything and answering all my questions. She was very friendly and made me feel completely comfortable with the financing process. I have greatly enjoyed the ILX so far and would recommend the car and Pohanka Acura to anyone currently in the market. More

Rick is an outstanding sales person and very sensitive to a customer's needs. We had a particular reason that we had to delay finalization of the deal, but it was never questioned nor was there any pressure exerted by Rick or the dealership. We would have like to have been able to establish a relationship with a dealership nearer to us, but after visiting more than 6 dealers in our area, we decided that Pohanka and Rick were worth the drive! I had a phenomenal experience at this dealership. I was looking to trade in 2 cars for a new one and was a difficult case because I had so much negative equity on one vehicle. I test drove 4 different cars looking to trade in 2 cars for a new one and was a difficult case because I had so much negative equity on one vehicle. I test drove 4 different cars and ended up driving one home overnight to get a better feel for it. I ended up with a brand new TSX that I love. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Discussing price was no nonsense and I feel that I got a great deal. They didn't waste my time or try to persuade me to do anything. Phuong helped me set up the Bluetooth and made sure I didn't have any questions before I left. She even helped me to get both of my cars to the dealership all the way from Manassas and that was a huge help. I am very pleased with my overall experience and plan on using Pohanka again for future purchases.
