Ted got my phone number and called me within an hour after finding out what I was looking for and the price I wanted to pay. We came into Pohanka Acura on Saturday to talk about leasing a 2013 TSX. The price was great and the dedication Ted had to put us in a Acura with the right price felt great as a customer. After leaving with an idea of what we would pay we(my girlfriend Cara and I) went home and discussed things. We decided we wanted a TL instead of the TSX. Ted, contacted us to follow up with us, but was not pushy at all! We told Ted then what we wanted and the price we wanted to stay close to. We came in today (President's Day) and immediately Ted was there with the vehicle and let us test drive the TL. WE LOVED IT. Ted spoke with his employer Francis. Both seemed to bend over backwards to make us feel comfortable at the dealership and provide us with an INCREDIBLE deal. After a bit of paperwork, we ended up leaving the lot with a 2013 TL for an outstanding price. From the initial conversation with Ted to shaking his hand and thanking him before leaving, he was nothing but courteous to our needs, professional, polite and an overall great person. We will absolutely pass his name onto anyone of our friends/family who are looking to purchase/lease an Acura. Thank you very much for the business and we appreciate everything! More
