I originally wanted a FWD version because the one with AWD that I drove at a previous dealership had bad vibrations problem and 'm told it may be normal for the AWD. Test drove another one at pohanka and it didn't have the vibration problem. I was able to pick out the one that I liked from their comparatively large inventory and drive it home in a matter of couple of hours. Financed through Penfed which was also a breeze with Pohanka. While on my way to close a deal on a 2013 Accord, I decided to swing by Pohanka Acura. With the amount of coin I was about to drop on an EX-L, I figured I should at least consider Honda's flagship bra decided to swing by Pohanka Acura. So I shot in a request for an equote on a 2012 TSX and within a few minutes, I received an email response from Amir. A quick detour and phone call later, I was greeted in the lot by Amir along with the keys to the TSX I wanted to look at. The car pretty much sold itself but it was Amir that sold me on Pohanka. We spent the whole Friday afternoon going over things, including my trade-in, with his sales manager Frances. In the end, I got what I wanted for my trade-in, the price I wanted on the car, and all the little custom requests. Sure, I could've saved a few bucks by going down the street to Honda, but the car and the service here was money well spent. Having been to over 6 dealerships this past month, this was by far the best experience. Not that the other Honda ones were horrible, but Amir over at Pohanka is exceptional. Though each of our 4 prior Acura purchases have been from Radley, my dad was so impressed with Mr. Barau's service that he decided to come back to see him again. I accompanied my dad on this visit and was equally impressed. Mr. Barau was attentive, patient, and particularly well-informed. By the end of our visit, there was no way I could buy from anyone else.
