I used the internet to do my comparison shopping. I knew exactely what I wanted, so I was comparing apples with apples. As Pohanka has always done the service on my last two Acuras, I decided to go with her eventho she was $300 over the next dealer. I felt the $300 was worth the goodwill. I have been extremely happy with Kwin's attention to detail, absolute committment to service, and complete knowledge of the car. She has been delightful to work with. My choice to go with Kwin and Pohanka Acura to purchase my 2010 TSX was the right choice. I will gladly recommend Kwin to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle. Also, the main reason I have been loyal and support Pohanka Acura is because of their outstanding Service Representative, Jerry Soriano. Jerry has been honest, fair, and trustworthy in all the dealings I have had with Pohanka's service department. I took my time looking for the right vehicle at many other dealerships and other options, however when it came down to the quality of service and reassurance I needed to feel comfortable with my first car purchase, he made it very easy for me to make my decision. I told him what I was looking for, he found it, I came in for a test drive, and from there we agreed on a very reasonable price. He knew I was on a budget, as most of us are nowadays, and he was still able to find everything that I wanted in my vehicle. From the very first of working with Abdul, I never felt pressured to purchase anything I wasn't comfortable with buying yet. After going back and forth between different cars that I was looking for, he showed me a few different models that he knew I'd be interested in, and from there I found exactly what I was looking for with very little effort on my part. Of course everyone dreads the financial aspect of the deal, however Abdul made the process very clear and comprehensive. If I was ever confused on any portion of the deal terms, he was able to explain it in a different way until I fully understood that portion. When I went in to Pohanka Acura in Chantilly, VA I was blown away by how friendly and accommodating all the staff were. I had gone to other dealerships around the northern Virginia area and the prices were not nearly as good as Pohanka's. I bought a new 2010 TSX and am loving it! They worked to get me a good deal on the price and gave me what I wanted inside the car. It has the best gas mileage out of any car I have owned before and drives smooth and safely, not to mention it's a sport luxury car and looks great! I worked with Josh and he took his time and gave plenty of his patience with me when I could not decide which color car I wanted and what features I planned on getting with my car. If you want a good experience then ask for Josh. Pohanka has the best quality cars around and the best prices hands down. More
