I have asked about the situation and assume you were the person who was in a couple weeks or about about a month ago? Unfortunately or maybe fortunately the gentleman whom you dealt with is no longer with us. So, I cannot get all the details. However, I would welcome a call to attempt a resolution to this issue if you like? I lost a set of golf clubs myself in a similar situation, so I feel your pain.
