Good experience overall! I think Mr. Kim has given a pretty good deal for our 2020 RDX. He did not pressure us into the deal and he waited patiently for us while we did our ho I think Mr. Kim has given a pretty good deal for our 2020 RDX. He did not pressure us into the deal and he waited patiently for us while we did our homework i.e., shop for other cars or deals etc. He doesn't have the usual aggressive or passive aggressive sales tactics that usually push more 'informed' buyers off. So, we felt comfortable interacting with Mr. Kim. He usually responds pretty quickly over the email or text and calls you back when available. Highly recommended! More
