I would not, however, recommend dealing with Sai Mehta, his manager. Sai Mehta was condescending and impatient, and I found my brief 5-minute experience with Sai Mehta disappointing. A general sales manager should have at least a modicum of respect towards his clients, and Sai Mehta did not exhibit this standard. Asad Ali, however, was top notch A+. "Lousy Experience" I traded in my 2016 MDX for the 2019 MDX and had an extra 21,000. Called Acura and they told me that they will forgive me for 10,000 for loyalty progr I traded in my 2016 MDX for the 2019 MDX and had an extra 21,000. Called Acura and they told me that they will forgive me for 10,000 for loyalty program and I owe them for the 11,000. Pohanka agreed to roll over the $2,100 for the extra miles into my new lease. I got a letter from Acura letting me know that I still owe the money and when I went back to the general manager, Greg Altman, who made the deal with me, he denied it and told me he never made that deal and that the price he gave me is without the extra miles? Please do yourself a favor and stay away from them; they are cheating manipulating sales people...so dishonest it is disgusting! More
