Was told to wait for Software update. Still pending resolution for the non-technical issues, for a NEW car purchase there are lemon liabilities which have not yet been resolved. Salesman stopped responding to me after sale. Gm reached out but no solution yet. More

Easy Purchase of 2019 Acura MDX I went to Pohanka Acura on July 4th to look at MDX vehicles. Mr. Ali was my sales consultant. He is very courteous, knowledgeable and a great listene I went to Pohanka Acura on July 4th to look at MDX vehicles. Mr. Ali was my sales consultant. He is very courteous, knowledgeable and a great listener. After understanding the vehicle I was looking for, he found a match on the lot and we took a test spin. He was careful to explain all the features of the vehicle before we left for the test drive. During the test he listened to my questions and gave accurate answers. After the test we got down to the deal. After proposing a price, Ali asked what I thought. I gave him my idea of a good price..needless to say we were a bit apart on price. Ali then brought in Tony and showed him my price. Tony then came back with a price close to what I was asking for...Shake and done deal. Ali did a great job of showing the vehicle and answering all my questions. When it was time for the deal he got the right people involved and the deal was done. This is not the first car I have purchased from Pohanka, but it was another 5-star experience, kudos to Ali! More
