This place always seems to give better than average trade-in value for you old vehicle and will work to try and get you a good price. Would recommend to anyone to at least stop by and take a look, you'll be surprised how much they are willing to negotiate on price. More

During the test drive, he showed me all the amazing upgraded features that came with the base package and I knew that it would be a safe, reliable car. Each visit, we discussed the best options for me based on what I was looking for and I left the dealership very happy with my purchase as well as feeling I had made a good deal. He made the process so efficient and quick without wasting each other’s time. I would definitely recommend anyone to make a purchase with Mr. Kim and I know that I’ll come back after my lease is over! More
Used 2018 Acura MDX Hello, I found a 2018 Acura MDX at this location remotely. I asked if the car has been in an accident and was told no just small bumper scratches in Hello, I found a 2018 Acura MDX at this location remotely. I asked if the car has been in an accident and was told no just small bumper scratches in front. I asked for service records and was told there was none and that car was repaired else where. Then Ricky and his manager insisted that the car is preowned and I need to stop being picky. After I asked that car shoukd spotless at his age they stated there are scratches on rear bumper now. I receive the video with chips and painted over poorly( really Acura that’s not the class I know). After insisting I receive the car fax. On 1/16 car was reported in an accident on 1/18 it was at Acura being reprogrammed and a sensor was replaced. (Really Acura). Once I asked for the paint chips to be repaired before I purchase they mentioned paint will cost me 400 dollars or paint touch up will be done and will not be matching. The car is 35000 and that’s not cheap for a used car with all hidden information. Very fishy that they won’t send me the service record or any information on the accident. Also manager won’t even step in because something seemed fishy about the transaction. Acura sell and certify a car without reporting service performed on car at their dealer???? Common!!!!!!! More

Did $1,200 damage to my car, after 5 trips still damaged They fixed a check engine light but ran into something damaging the right rear bumper and fender well. They didn’t tell me but when I was to leave I They fixed a check engine light but ran into something damaging the right rear bumper and fender well. They didn’t tell me but when I was to leave I saw red oil drops on my hood. When I inspected the rest of the car I found the bumper ripped away from the fender. I asked for the service manager and someone pretending to be the manager argued that I probably did it, "we see people bring cars in damaged all the time". So I was accused of lying and directed to leave with my damaged car. Fortunately Sam my service writer was honest and attested to the fact there was no damage to my car when it came in. So began my multiple journeys to the dealer in an attempt to have them restore it like it was when it came in. I met with the managers who promised to fix my car and to personally make sure it was done right. After 5 trips by me to the dealership, nearly a month of lies and poor service, the side of the car that was reportedly "detailed' had overspray so the fender and felt like sandpaper, the interior they damaged was only partially repaired, and the new bumper paint did not match the car.. They put over 200 miles on my car, ran it out of gas, were rude unprofessional and incompetent. They failed miserably to meet my expectations.. I included Geoff Pohanka in my emails and of course no response. This dealership does not give a darn about customers just slick salesman that well say anything but do nothing. life is too short for this abuse and frustration, go elsewhere, I wish I did. More
