Dishonest and greedy Service team Never have I ever been so egregiously lied to in my years on this earth. I took my 2002 TL to the shop to get a bulb replaced for the headlight. I kne Never have I ever been so egregiously lied to in my years on this earth. I took my 2002 TL to the shop to get a bulb replaced for the headlight. I knew the fix would be somewhere in the $400 price range. After the multi-point inspection, it was "discovered that the entire headlight would need to be replaced to the tune of $1600; four times the estimated cost. They also informed me that the radiator was leaking and I needed a new one. That cost was estimated at $2700 for a grand total of $4300. I just had the oil changed a month prior and a radiator leak was never discovered in the multi-point. The bulb was the only issue with the car a month ago and a month ago, I needed a battery and brakes. Now this time, the batter was fine and the brakes had been changed. When I went to the other place to get them done, I was told they were not ready to be changed but would not hurt. The service desk makes you feel like if you do not do the work, you are failing them. I try my best to service my vehicles so they keep running. $4300 is harsh and for someone to make you feel inadequate because $4300 to them is nothing. I felt belittled and to compare me to others is not fair. I would not use this service team unless you have a plan or a larger bank account. More

They serviced my car, inspected it, safety inspected it etc and gave me a new car to drive while my car was being serviced. They called for each and every permission to go forward with service etc. Best service I've EVER received hands down. Fast forward about 2 months. Learned of the great deals they had going on for end of the year. Received an immediate response from Yong Kim after emailing of my interest in buying, outstanding and professional he is, I went in, was automatically greeted by Elizabeth Frasier another amazing professional and she stayed with me for the entire process. They close on Sundays at 5pm she was there until 730pm making sure all went smooth. Deal maker Tony, great honest guy, Ray in financing, simply outstanding. I drove 3 cars and no one had any issue with it. So extremely helpful and they just do everything in their power to see you happy. Extremely willing to work YOUR deal.
