I am very glad to say that I had an outstanding experience at Pohanka Acura with Faran Fayaz, the sales consultant, and his colleagues throughout the dealership. Mr. Fayaz has excellent people skills, is a true professional and is a font of knowledge about the range of Acura models. It was a busy day while I was in the dealership but I never felt rushed to make a decision or pressured to go for more than I had intended. I went to Pohanka in order to replace my 17-year-old Acura so I was already “sold” on the quality of the product. There's three Acura dealerships within 25 miles of my home.
