Mr. Fayaz has excellent people skills, is a true professional and is a font of knowledge about the range of Acura models. It was a busy day while I was in the dealership but I never felt rushed to make a decision or pressured to go for more than I had intended. I went to Pohanka in order to replace my 17-year-old Acura so I was already “sold” on the quality of the product. There's three Acura dealerships within 25 miles of my home. When we asked to see many different colors of vehicles, he just accommodated our request and friendly explained the plus and cons of each color. After the test drive, I felt very comfortable since he didn't push hard which I really appreciate. Since I should leave early, I asked him to email me a quote and he did within couple hours. His quote was very competitive and I didn't need to look further. The next day I purchased a new MDX with no hassle. The whole process is 3 times less than my previous car purchase experience at other dealership. Yong is just awesome. If you'd like to buy Acura, just go see him. More
