He asked about what I use a car for, childcare consideration, travel frequency, daily driving activity, utilities I would use an SUV for, and recommended a package that suited my needs. Flip explained all the additional services I could get from the dealership and built a custom plan that worked with my budget. He explained every detail clearly and comprehensively, reviewed the general pros and cons, and had fine grain answers to my specific questions of every service Pohanka offered. Great service!
