The new TSX design beats anything Lexus or other luxury brands are offering. I was happy to have been helped by Nicholas Shirley. Nic was extremely knowledgeable, answering all of my questions regarding the various Acura models. I was pleasantly surprised with the experience at this dealership -- friendly and welcoming, versus the typical pushy sales that you find at most dealerships, including the high end luxury brands. Fast and easy new car lease RJ Jones was my initial contact at the dealership, and he spent time showing my wife and me the vehicles, and the different color options available - RJ Jones was my initial contact at the dealership, and he spent time showing my wife and me the vehicles, and the different color options available - there were many on the lot to choose from. At the time, I was not yet ready to begin the new lease. When it was time to turn in the old vehicle for a new one, I did everything online through the website, and Ryan Cartee handled the whole thing, including choosing a car for me, per my specs, validating the pricing, which equaled what I expected, and having everything ready for me so that I could minimize my time at the dealership when I turned in the old car and picked up the new one. Yong Kim handled much of the paperwork, which he had ready when I walked into the dealership, so I did not have to wait. After we were done, he spent some time showing me the newer features of the new vehicle, and set up Bluetooth, etc. He was very busy that day, so he moved very quickly with me, which is exactly what I wanted. Raymond Morton handled the finance paperwork, and he also had everything ready for me, so I did not have to wait. He was great. Everyone I dealt with at Pohanka Acura was professional and friendly, and all showed a great respect for my time, which I appreciated. No one tried to sell me anything I did not want, and they all made the entire transaction very easy, and very fast, and that is what I valued most. The car is great, by the way, we are really enjoying it. More

Aweful Uneducated staff with no understanding of time estimates. I get that things run slow sometimes but they kept assuring it’d be 30 more mins.
