NEVER returns phone calls when you leave a message I have called over 20 times trying to get a refund on the service warranties I purchased last year. When the finance manager would not return messages I have called over 20 times trying to get a refund on the service warranties I purchased last year. When the finance manager would not return messages and emails, I also left messages with the Finance Director and the Customer Service Representative. They did not return my calls either. This dealer could save money by eliminating its switchboard since the company practice is to ignore all messages. More

She knows the product inside and out and will work hard to get you the deal you want. She is no nonsense; honest; direct; responsiveness and a person with high integrity. The process was ok, although I wasn't exactly sure what was going on for the time I was sitting in the dealership. Then finished out the transaction with 'Flip' who helped me understand the process since I was financing with my credit union. At day 3, happy with the purchase, and happy to be able to deal with a local dealership with good hours for maintenance. More
