Ultimately Ryan was professional but also friendly and very courteous. I wished to purchase a new 2017 RDX but the model I wanted was not available. Ultimately, he convinced me to buy a new 2018 model. We negotiated what I thought was a reasonable deal. There was no high pressure on Ryan's part, and I appreciated that. Perhaps Ryan did not get all he wanted in the deal, and I know I did not get all I wanted; that is the way a deal should be achieved. My wife bought her Acura at Pohanka, and we are familiar with the dealership. It is a quality dealership, and that is what lead me to choose an Acura over Lexus when I decided to buy a new vehicle this year. The process unfolded without stress. I would also like to commend Preston Hill, who was also involved and tutored me in vehicle operation. In addition to his professionalism, Mr. Hill has excellent people skills. Within 5 minutes of parking my car Hana took me onto their sales lot to view potential purchases. Another 5 minutes after that I was sitting inside an RDX ready to test drive. By the end of the test drive I knew everything about the base model, tech package upgrade, and MDX model.
