Most dealerships listen to want you would like in a car and than offer you what they have, sometimes the two are not the same. We got exactly what we wanted in an SUV. I realize Pohanka didn't manufacturer the vehicle we purchased but they were so informative about the car and and the service technician even talked to me about doing my own maintenance (Something I've always enjoyed doing myself) and gave me his card to call him with any questions and he could walk me through the do-it-yourself maintenance. Would not provide a loaner unless I spent over $200 I bring the car 35 miles for service, so that I can get a loaner. I came at 9 am on Father's Day Sunday, very quiet time. I asked to get a loaner wh I bring the car 35 miles for service, so that I can get a loaner. I came at 9 am on Father's Day Sunday, very quiet time. I asked to get a loaner while my car was serviced -- I was told that unless I paid a $129 diagnostic fee in addition to the oil change and safety inspection, I could not have a loaner. There are many competing dealers in the area and I was surprised that there was no flexibility given that I was literally the only service customer. Very disappointed in the customer experience--after having come to this dealer for 10 years and spent thousands of dollars with them, will find a different dealer. More
