While both transactions were straightforward, transparent, and drama free, my most recent purchase was the best experience I've ever had buying a new car. This was in large part due to my sales consultant, Hana Supandi. The entire process, from being greeted at the door, listening to my requirements, and producing the exact vehicle I wanted, was pain-free and professional. In fact, and I don't say this lightly, if I was designing the ideal (for the customer) car dealership sales process, I would be hard pressed to improve upon the experience I had. I got the price I wanted on the new car, and got an amount I was happy with for my trade. Ask for Hana! More
