This was in large part due to my sales consultant, Hana Supandi. The entire process, from being greeted at the door, listening to my requirements, and producing the exact vehicle I wanted, was pain-free and professional. In fact, and I don't say this lightly, if I was designing the ideal (for the customer) car dealership sales process, I would be hard pressed to improve upon the experience I had.
