Knowing I wanted a Acura TLX Idecided to take a look at what they had in person rather than online this past weekend. I was greeted by sales rep Joseph Nwakanze. I must have been what the sales reps consider a very annoying,potential client. Truth is, I didn't know if I was gonna buy a used car, certified used, new "older model" (2016), or new 2017. Joseph was great and patient. I had several questions about "tiers" of the car and what the trade-offs were financially speaking. While I guess it really all comes down to personal preference, he was terrific in helping me make a choice I am so happy I made. Being that I am in sales myself for over 27 yrs, I very much appreciated the fact that not only did I get a great deal but they treated me like I was buying the $200k nsx on the showroom floor. Joseph really spent most of the day with me from start to finish including the "car orientation". When I finally drove off lot with my new wheels I felt great about the entire Pohanka experience. I've bought a half dozen or more cars through the years but for certain, Joseph was the best sales rep I have dealt with. No wonder why Pohanka has the stellar reputation it does. More

They always explain the service you need and give you a price and time estimate up front. They have flexible hours, provide a loaner car if necessary, and they always wash your car. We recently decided to replace my 2007 Acura, we looked at 7 makes and visited 9 dealerships. Joseph, one of the most knowledgeable sales people we met with. He was able to demonstrate all the function and features of the different models we were considering. One would expect that, but he also asked us what functionality was important to us and compared and contrasted the different models. He didn't pressure us, but was available anytime we wanted to come back and look the different models. Once we decided on the car, the purchase process was smooth and no longer than any other we experienced. After we traded in our old car, we realized we left our CDs in the car - Joseph went and found them and held them for us until we could pick them up. He spent an hour with me after the purchase and showed me how to use all of the technology features in the car. He even called a few weeks after the sale to see how we liked the car. A great company with great sales and service personnel! More
