I had initially visited the showroom and was warmly greeted by the smiling Joseph, which in itself was very welcome. The excellent customer service provided bu Joseph resulted in my purchasing the vehicle, Jospeh remained involved and helpful throughout the process and which is not so surprising for a sales person, however what was more surprising was his avaialbility and eagerness to assist after I had purchased the vehicle and needed to have some after sales assistance on the vehicle. Clearly Joseph knows how to develop and retain customers. Great for Pohanka acura to retain people like Joesph. More

Bait and Switch The parts department quoted me $350 for a side-view mirror. When I actually had the work done, the mirror ended up costing $675. Just to replace a sideview mirror for a 2012 Acura that didn't have the blind spot sensors or any special features. When I called the parts manager out on it, he said "I don't know who would have quoted you that - that's below my cost." I certainly didn't make it up and I definitely would not have signed up for a $900 repair. I've always had good experiences with the service center, but if you need a new part, definitely look elsewhere. You will get ripped off here. Since then, I have left 4 voice messages for the customer service manager, Elizabeth, and she has not returned my calls. More

Above and Beyond My wife and I saw a used car online that we really wanted to look at. Come to find out, it wasn't even finished being cleaned up from the trade-in. Even so, instead of turning us away, they went and got the vehicle from the garage it was being cleaned at. We went on the test drive and enjoyed it. As we waited another few days for the car to become ready to buy, the mechanics noticed an issue with the engine. We got a call right away from Hana and she explained the situation. We really appreciated how open and honest she was. To avoid buying a car that wasn't right for us, they went and found another option for us, comparable to the first. We loved this car even more. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service provided by Hana and the others at the dealership. We look forward to many years in our car. More
