However, I have been to a lot more dealers, more than 20 to buy those 4 cars. Every single of them, I was exhausted to deal with those sales people in price and trade-in price. I was even getting a headache when I decided to get a new car because my CRV was getting old. However, the experience with Frank Ha was totally different. Actually, I was enjoying it. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He first took care of my car's trade in value while we are checking out the new car. Usually, they do this last because they don't want to waste their time. However, he did it first even he was not sure if I am going to buy a new car or not. This made a big difference and it helped us to speed up the negotiation. So far it was my best buying experience. Great and Friendly Dealership Experience The car buying experience at Pohanka was great!! We visited Pohanka Acura back in February and were met by sales associate Elizabeth Kim. She greete The car buying experience at Pohanka was great!! We visited Pohanka Acura back in February and were met by sales associate Elizabeth Kim. She greeted us with a friendly smile and quickly put us at ease. She asked what we were looking for and offered us a test drive of a new TLX. We completed the test drive and then informed Elizabeth that we weren't ready to purchase. She asked if she could stay in touch and we said that would be fine. She continued to contact us at least once a month for the next several months. We were finally ready in August and met with Elizabeth again and were able to close a deal on a new TLX. The process that evening took only a few hours. Everyone at the dealership were extremely friendly and helpful. This is the second new Acura we've purchased from Pohanka, and it won't be the last. I would certainly recommend Pohanka Acura to anyone looking for a new car! More
