The best dealership experience We haven't walked into a dealership for years and always thought that car buying can be very dreadful and stressful; turns out we were wrong! Elizabeth Kim and Shawn Walker were both super helpful throughout our whole process, which took less than a few hours from start to finish. We walked into the dealership knowing exactly what we wanted and the approximate out the door price (tip: it's very important to do your own research first!), and we happily drove away our new RDX in less than two hours! Elizabeth was very cheerful, approachable, and friendly. She was the person that we spoke with on the phone for an initial quote. When we went in after hanging up with her, she introduced us to Shawn Walker whom we then worked with. We came to a price agreement in no time. The financing, and tags/registration process all happened very fast. At the end, Elizabeth even spent about 20 min showing us everything we needed to know about our new baby. We also came back a few days later for some accessories and Shawn helped us right away. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for an Acura! More

He was patience and courteous and never made us uncomfortable. we knew how much we were going to spend on MDX and we came very close to that price range. David was knowledgeable and knew exactly what we were looking for. He called us that morning and told us that Greg is out of office but if we could make it , he would make sure we will get the vehicle for the best price and he certainly delivered on his promise. I explained that I was looking for lease pricing and general information on the vehicle. After David Knight was able to run the numbers for me, he called my cellphone to discuss the pertinent details. I was more than pleasantly surprised at the terms which definitely further engaged my interest in the TLX. David was more than helpful when discussing this feature rich sedan even prior to me seeing it in person. I scheduled my test drive for two days later. When I arrived at the dealership, David was in the process of completing another car sale so he asked that another gentleman named Joshua Gettis, to take me out on the test drive. Josh was extremely personable and highly informative on all of the features of the TLX advance model and even the safety features which to me was a huge positive aspect of this car. Even though it was a busy holiday weekend, with many people in the showroom, I didn’t feel any pressure from either gentlemen to complete the deal that day. To wrap this up – I purchased the car and could not be happier, not only with the car but the overall process. More
