I was happy to come in and see the cars I wanted were ready for my viewing and that they didn't trick me about any pricing and stuck to the agreed amount. Any concerns I had were immediately addressed. Being that I've worked in car sales before, I can say without a doubt this is one of the easiest purchases I've had and went smoothly and quickly. Not to mention the best part was I got a great deal for the car! I would recommend Yong Kim and this dealer to anyone interested in buying a great car! More

She listened to our needs and concerns in choosing a new vehicle. She patiently took us out for test drives in multiple models and patiently answered all of our questions. I have never (in over 30 years of driving/shopping for vehicles) had anyone explain in such detail all of the functions and accessories of a vehicle. Then while, Ray Morton seamlessly took care of financing, Hana ensured every accessory was skillfully installed. Great experience and well worth the extra few miles we drove to get to Pohanka rather than the other Acura dealers in our area. More

Terrible post sales services Bought my car from them in Dec. Unfortunately, they made a careless mistake when filing in the title registration to DMV. I called the salesperson in Bought my car from them in Dec. Unfortunately, they made a careless mistake when filing in the title registration to DMV. I called the salesperson in February to enquire. He called me back the next day, give me a long story and basically saying no mistake has been made and ask me to wait from DMV. I checked with DMV again and get the email statement from them saying there is a mistake in paperworks done by the dealer. Only then Pohanka take me seriously. The salesperson refer me to the finance manager. The finance manager acknowledge the mistake and promise me to rectify within 1-2 weeks time. After 3 weeks and still no news, I contacted her again. She asked me to wait for another week. I waited but yet nothing happen. Tried called her to no available and leave numerous messages through the receptionist and voice mail but she never response back. At the end she just response to my email by referring me to the Title Manager. And the title manager?? Is almost non existent. Can't get her through emails or phone calls for days. It takes her a full week to response to my email saying nothing has been done since she cannot get hold to the person who can rectify the mistake. It has been more than a month from my first enquiry but yet nothing has been done??? I have been very frustrated with their slow response and yet they manage to give me more frustration. Oh..and don't expect an apologetic gesture from them. So far what I can get, is a feeling that I have been a nuisance to call them to rectify their OWN mistake. I'm not sure if this is Pohanka standard customer service or I'm just unlucky to get the rotten eggs in the basket. Mistake can happen everywhere but these people do not put any effort to rectify them or being apologetic about it. More
