MDX Purchase I've purchased two cars from Pohanka Acura over the past 10 years and it's because I feel I'm working with a professional organization, and the produc I've purchased two cars from Pohanka Acura over the past 10 years and it's because I feel I'm working with a professional organization, and the products they support and the service they provide are always above expectations. My wife was looking to replace our mini-van with an MDX - tech package. Hana and Linda assisted us in both qualifying our needs, showing us existing inventory / test drives and engaging us to find the right MDX for us. While we consider ourselves educated consumers, we're not the type of people who walk into a dealership and say "if you want to sell me vehicle X - this is what I'm going to pay...or I'll call Radley etc". I want a place I trust and people to help me get a good deal at a fair price - and that's been my experience at Pohanka Acura. We shopped around online, took our existing vehicle to Carmax for a trade in value and in the end - we found a tremendous deal at Pohanka with a better trade in value and a car above our expectations. Hana did a great job supporting us and manager - Francis was helpful without feeling he was pushing us - and we ended up finding a great MDX. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used/certified vehicle. My service experience has always been positive and I appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail. More
