My wife picked out her car...Aline took us through the car and explained all the features...we test drove it...and then the buying process went into full swing. We met the sales manager (Francis) and quickly cut a deal and drove the car home. We love the car, and the service Dept is GREAT. I know because I service my MDX at Pohanka.
