Looks, performance o I been looking around for a new car and really wanted acura again. Had 2001 CL Type S & 2009 TL Tech. Loved everything about it. Looks, performance on car. But when new 2015 TLX came out I was little disappointed because it changed so much from the previous models but THANKS to Nathaniel Adams, I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new acura again. He helped me to get my 2015 TLX AWD TECH and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. He made the car buying experience so easy and comfortable for me and I honestly dont think I had that experience before. To me buy car process was too long and boring. But this time he made everthing so smooth and easy and specially his customer service was excellent. I had to go back to ask him more questions (most of them was same questions that I asked him before) about the car, how it works and stuff, he didn't even get bother by it and took his time with me to explain the features and answered all my questions AGAIN and made me enjoy my car the way it should be. I'm so glad that I had chance to meet him as my salesperson and hope he stays with Pohanka for long long time because I'm sooooo going back there again for my next car and the dealer needs a person like Nathaniel Adams.
