Visited a previous Honda, but dropped car off and return after work, but Pohonka I have to bring the car and wait. Wednesday, Mr. Carroll Hymann was the service rep, he was outstanding and I will continue my service here and he indicated if I have questions, please contact him. He was professional, polite and knowledgable. My experience with not only my Honda is great , but with the entire staff at Pohanka Honda. The dealership has many amenities, besides the comfortable chair, clean waiting area, bathrooms, which is important. Also, they offer free hot coffee and have snack machines available. PLease of the honesty and trust at Pohanka and with my Honda, I will continue to be a customer at Pohanka for service and wihen sales time come again. Pohanka Honda operates their shop in a green facility, and environmental concerns are a growing interest of mine. Furthermore, I came back over the weekend to have the ResistAll treatment on my car. Not only did Steve again take care of me, but also directed me to a lounge with plenty of magazines, comfortable chairs, wi-fi, and a great selection of beverage refreshments. During the purchase, Karen was especially friendly and professional, and managed to keep my monthly payments were I needed them to be without foregoing the add-on's I wanted, such as warranties and protection packages. I would highly recommend this dealership to all my friends, and to anyone out there looking for an easy and time efficient way to find a great car at a reasonable cost. More

When we arrived, the Dealership was extremely busy, we looked at a couple vehicles and wandered around a bit. We test drove it, reviewed all the features and left the Dealership in a new vehicle, arriving at a deal we all were happy with. The Dealership has many amenities, A coffee bar, high speed internet, comfortable chairs and pub style chairs/tables to make waiting a more pleasurable experience. We were exhausted of looking for cars and especially dealing with slimy car salesman. When we entered pohanka Honda, my wife and I already had a set game plan to help deal with slick car salesman. Went to this Dealership hoping to find the right car, although the sales associate was very respectful and nice, i felt as though i was more pressured to buy a vehicle for a price that obviously wasn't w although the sales associate was very respectful and nice, i felt as though i was more pressured to buy a vehicle for a price that obviously wasn't worth the car. I dont know, i didnt feel that friendly/family atmosphere, the way i felt at Tysons HOnda dealership. After hours of test driving at Pohanka...and hours of negotiations, i ended up not buying the car and getting the exact one for cheaper at Tysons. Lession learned go up north for great service and family friendly employees More

Our overall experience was wonderful. Edward was very cooperative and answered any questions that we had about the car that we were buying. The finance manager, Don was very descriptive about all the paperwork that we went over and made sure to tell us the pros and cons about the different gap insurance packages we could get without going way over our budget. He also offered us different ResistAll packages that we could recieve as well as maintenence packages. Of course, the price could ALWAYS be better (sarcasm) but we are very satisfied with the monthly payments that we worked out with the dealership! We know that this vehicle is a long-time investment that we know we'll enjoy over the years! Thank you so much for all of your help! More
