We were directed to Pohanka Honda through the AAA Automotive car buying service, as PHoF had the lowest price of all dealerships in the area on the CR-V EX-L model we were interested in. Mel G. was extremely helpful in working with us to iron out all the details prior to our visit- we live in Waldorf, which is about 50 miles away, and Mel arranged to have everything ready for us so we were able to complete the transaction and drive off with our car in a few hours. Bill H. worked with us and was able to arrange a financing deal which beat the loan we had obtained through our bank. We were extremely impressed with the professionalism, customer service, and no-pressure atmosphere of this dealership, and will definitely be coming back in the future. Great experience! More

If you are in the market for a Honda, Pohanka is the place to go. Joey Lackovic is a no-nonsense, knowledgeable salesperson. Found out about Pohanka through overstock.com after going through a dozen place to go. Joey Lackovic is a no-nonsense, knowledgeable salesperson. Found out about Pohanka through overstock.com after going through a dozen websites and going to a bunch of dealers around the Baltimore area. None of them could come close to the deal at Pohanka. So I saved close to $1200 for a 90 minute drive. Definitely worth it. More

I'm not sure how i should begin the description of the wonderful service provided to me by William "Billy" Beazley. I had a spontaneous visit to the Honda dealership looking for a used SUV for my family. wonderful service provided to me by William "Billy" Beazley. I had a spontaneous visit to the Honda dealership looking for a used SUV for my family. This visit was last minute because I had my 8 month old son with me and it was very hot outside so I did not plan on doing anything other than a ride by. Once I was greeted by Billy I immediately felt comfortable enough to do more than just a ride by. What was more incredible about the service provided was that Billy ended up assisting me in the transfer of my sons car seat not once but three times as I test drove several vehicles and then finally back into my personal vehicle that I showed up in. it was very hot and while my son sat in the rear of a pre-cooled vehicle thanks to Billy, Billy and I struggled with the fun task of getting an infant seat correctly strapped in! I understand that Billy could have easily asked me to come back another day (and I would not have came back) but he did not, instead he showed sincere kindness towards my son and I am very thankful for that. I ended up purchasing a vehicle from Pohanka within the next couple of days thanks the kindness shown by Billy and my family and I are loving the vehicle. I would also like to thank Helena Fountain for taking her time with me and also showing loyalty to her co-worker in not opting to split the sale for helping me out when Billy was not in office. This shows me the team work at Pohanka is top notch and that the bad rap that car salesmen/women get is a thing of the past? thanks again to Billy/Helena and the staff of Pohanka Honda for taking care of my family. Very friendly staff and sales personnel. Also very helpful financing personnel. The only complaint I have is that the whole process took a long time. I was told I would be in an out in about an hour helpful financing personnel. The only complaint I have is that the whole process took a long time. I have a seven year relationship with Pohanka of Fredericksburg. I have purchased two Odysseys, have all my service done there, and have used their body shop. I live 20 miles closer to another Honda dealership, but I drive the extra miles to Pohanka because of the quality of people and service. I'm looking forward to trying out the new massage chairs on my next service visit. Devonna was my sales person and she is energetic, enthusiastic and could sell swimsuits in Antarctica. She is a joy to work with. The price was fair and the dealership even added some accessories at no extra cost. I recommended Pohanka to my parents and they have purchased two Odysseys from Pohanka, even though they are 5 miles from another Honda dealer and 80 from Pohanka. They are well pleased with their experiences with Pohanka. More

I just recently purchased a 2010 Honda Civic LX 2DR Coupe from Pohanka Honda of Fredericksburg. My experience with them was fantastic. They have a large waiting area and free cappuccino, coffee, hot choco from Pohanka Honda of Fredericksburg. My experience with them was fantastic. They have a large waiting area and free cappuccino, coffee, hot chocolate available for all. I searched for my vehicle using the USAA Car Buyer's Service. As doing such I was required to submit my information to 3 dealerships within my area. Not only did I get the car for $2,100 cheaper than the other dealerships, but I was on the lot filing paperwork with them before the other 2 dealerships had even contacted me. The sheer speed of the service was very impressive. I drove 80 miles through D.C. traffic to get there and it was well worth the trip. Tony Camper was my sales rep and he was very knowledgeable. Most sales reps I spoke with in the past were only interested in closing the deal as quickly as possible. I didn't get that feeling from Tony. He seemed genuinely concerned with my needs and made sure I was getting what I wanted. Despite some technical problems we had with the USAA Loan Department he was very patient with me in dealing with USAA. The dealership closed at 10pm and we were there until almost midnight working to close the deal, now that’s dedication. All in all I had a very good experience with Pohanka Honda of Fredericksburg and am glad I made the trip to do business with them. More

I had a great experience purchasing my Honda CRV from Pohanka Honda. I live in Raleigh, NC and the lowest price by $800 was at Pohanka. I test drove the car back to the dealership where the paperwork was already completed and ready for me to sign. Everything went very smooth and exactly the way Aaron said it would be. It was definitely worth the effort to go all the way up to Pohanka to purchase my CRV. More

Bill proceeded to show us how to install bluetooth, how the navigation system worked, etc. We wrote a check and drove away happy in our new 2010 CR-V EX-L.
