Recently moving to VA as an intern and dealing with a broken down vehicle within the first month and a half upon arrival, Virginia had not proven to be the place for me. As a college student frequently traveling for work and soon to be on the way back to school after the summer, I needed to find a reliable vehicle. The representatives that appear on their website were ACTUAL reps that were alive and well at this facility. Although I felt a little pressured into rushing into buying a vehicle in the beginning of my process, my overall experience was phenomenal! I absolutely love Mr. Jones and Mr. Stevens for assisting me with buying my vehicle and also comforting me into making such a huge decision by myself. They were both honest and respectful, and they were extremely personable. Even received a card in the mail! (Thanks Mr. Jones) I appreciated all of their assistance and recommend that if you are to come across this establishment, whether it be for a new or used vehicle, speak with these two. They make a great team and you can tell they enjoy what they do...but of course keep in mind that they are salesmen at the end of the day. :p More

2015 Accord My wife and I went in Sunday to buy the new 2016 Civic. The dealer had the car I wanted in stock, but unfortunately the passenger seat was too low for My wife and I went in Sunday to buy the new 2016 Civic. The dealer had the car I wanted in stock, but unfortunately the passenger seat was too low for my wife to see over the dash. Our salesman (Terry Jones) was very understanding and worked to find a solution. We looked at the 2016 Accord and this car was unfortunately above our price point for the options I wanted. The solution was a 2015 certified pre-owned EX-L/w NAV with less than 4500 miles. Absolutely a wonderful car to drive on my daily commute with great gas mileage and power from the 4 cyl and CVT. The entire experience was very pleasant and low stress. I had pre-approved financing, but BreAnn Waller was super helpful and found me a better rate through Honda financing. Without a doubt, one of our more favorable car buying experiences. More

The dealership is very open, comfortable and clean. The bathrooms are excellent also. But the service was great too... Yusef was a Fantastic salesman, very knowledgeable, accommodating, and patient. Jacob in finance was Terrific. He explained everything and made the paperwork easy even late at night when we were all exhausted. Conner in the Service Department, was Great! He was very helpful, courteous and ensured we were happy with our end results. And I can't forget to mention A.C. our shuttle driver - he was very congenial. Normally you feel uneasy when a stranger has to give you a ride but he made us very comfortable. Getting a free shuttle to and from a restaurant or store while you wait for your car's service is a great amenity. Every time I have come to the dealership whether getting service or buying a car, everyone is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Pohanka Honda of Fredericksburg and usually I'm not one to enter a review, but Yusef, Jacob, Conner, and A.C. made me want to enter one! We had to come back several times over the Memorial Day weekend and when they saw us, even if we weren't there for them, they stopped and spoke, great bunch of guys!!!!! More

Throughout our discussions, I never felt as she trying to up sell me or "blow smoke" in response to my questions. In fact, I weighed different options before purchasing the model/trim/package that I did and her counsel was informative and reflective of my concerns that enabled me to make a decision I am very satisfied with. Pohanka Honda of Fredericksburg is a great place to do business. However, I'm always on guard when entering a dealership and leery of the upsell. Kelly disarmed all of that and made it feel more like a friendly conversation than a business transaction. For that, she earned my trust and future business. More

Yusef worked with us, management worked with us, and in the end I left truly happy with my purchasing experience and my vehicle. Financing didn't take nearly as long as I thought it was going to, which also made me very happy. That certainly hasn't always been the case for me with car buying experiences so I'd definitely go back there again. More
