She took the time to sit in the van and walk us through all the features (there are plenty!) We never felt rushed. The hand-off to financing was simple and easy as well. And what impressed me the most about Mark Ross was in the end signing all the deadful paperwork with Danny Wright whom explained every detail about my purchase, a hour and a half after the dealership closed Mark was still there to make sure I was fine with everything. When he took me to my new Pilot he still took the time to help me programed my phone, xm radio, gps and more. My forever car... I originally went into the dealership with no intention of buying a car that day. I only wanted to test drive so I would know if I truly wanted the Ci I originally went into the dealership with no intention of buying a car that day. I only wanted to test drive so I would know if I truly wanted the Civic. I had agreed with my husband that only if I got the deal that I wanted would I buy the car today. I walked in and Bill Hamilton greeted me and asked if he could help me. I told him that I wanted to drive a civic. He pulled it up and let me check it out while he went to get the plates. After the test drive, we made a deal on the price of the new civic and the trade-in on my accord. The whole process was smooth, not stressful. I financed through the dealership as well and Tomeka (sorry if I spelled the name wrong) was wonderful! She was very nice and was able to get everything complete in a timely fashion. Thank you both for a wonderful experience while I bought my forever car... for at least 5 years. :) More
