Based on my experience, here's why: 1) The facility is very nice. You should be comfortable the whole time--massage chairs, WiFi, a cappuccino machine, etc. I either don't get out much or the dealership goes out of its way to make the entire process very comfortable. Obviously, the cappuccino machine should not be a reason you spend thousands of dollars on a car, but it's nice to have it around! Being at the dealership wasn't a chore. 2) A better reason to actually buy a car from Pohanka is the price. The price I was offered was well below Edmund's and KBB's fair market price. 3) The service the sales consultant, Terrell Robinson, provided was the most helpful of all the dealerships and car lots that I visited. He was not at all pushy, he listened, and he was quick to follow up via email, texts, and phone with answers to my questions. Overall, I feel that I got a very good car, at a great price, through a very good buying experience. I would hope the same for anyone else. More

This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased from Pohanka Honda of Fredericksburg within the last 2 years and I have been to the same sales person, Jim Calvert each and every time. Jim is an amazing sales person, he is passionate about his line of work and thrives to make sure I am happy with not only my experience but with my purchase as well. WE WAITING FOR 30 MIN BEFORE THE SALES MANAGER FINALLY ASSIGNED ANOTHER SALES PERSON I HAD SET AN APPOINTMENT WITH WAS DEALING WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER. WE WAITING FOR 30 MIN BEFORE THE SALES MANAGER FINALLY ASSIGNED ANOTHER SALES PERSON. THAT PERSON WAS VERY GOOD. HAGGLE A LITTLE ON PRICE, THEY CAME DOWN A VERY LITTLE, I HAD TO INCREASE MY DOWN PAYMENT. WE FINALLY AGREED ON A PRICE. WHEN YOU PURCHASE A VEHICLE, I FELL THEY SHOULD GIVE YOU ONE CAR ACCESSORY AS A GIFT. TO SHOW THEIR APPRECIATION ON MY PURCHASE. THEY WOULDN'T GIVE UP SOMETHING AS SMALL AS WHEEL LOCKS OR SPLASH GUARDS. NOTE: I HAD TO BRING THE CAR BACK TO SERVICE BECAUSE THERE WERE NUMEROUS LIGHTS STAYING ON THE DASH BOARD. When my friend and I went to the dealership earlier in the day, we were told that we could not test drive a new Civic because no one was available. That we had to schedule an appointment and come back later! In working in retail and customer service I found that insane!! When we got back home, we started chatting with Maureen online and without telling her of our previous experience at first, right away she asked "when can you come drive this car!!" We headed back to the dealership and got to actually drive the vehicle! We then spoke to Greg, the Director of Sales and he apologized for our experience earlier and ensured that we were taken care of!
