For years I did business with individual Mike Hinkle, then with a great service/manager Jeff Dobson & the now service manager Mike Traber whose personality and 1 on 1 with customer with 100 thoughtful questions - that he handles expeditiously. I purchased one (2012) & leased one (2014) Honda Civic Pohanka Honda. Additionally I have dealt exclusively with Pohanka Honda for over twenty years for cars and service. My sales man for the 2012 was a fine gentleman named Don Erickson. At that time he recommended a Leased car proposal, however my wife & I were determined to buy one Don was such a great sales man I described his service as "Supercalafragililisticexpialidousis" an when I came back for a traded for another new car Don was out recovering from surgery. We met and were thankful to meet Bill Hamilton. He presented fantastic options for a new & leased car. After a very cordial and well coordinated presentation we realized our best course of action was to lease a 2014 Honda Civic - Thank You Bill). Bill & Don are a dynamic duo to represent and sell Honda's or any car for Pohanka Honda or Honda America. Bill also deserves to be described as :Supercalafragiliilisticexpialidousis". I hadn't established a lot of credit besides my student loans but pohanka was willing to work with me and my finances. Ended up being able to finance the car all on my own without a cosigner which will be great for building my credit! I was so amazed with how friendly and welcoming Patrice and Laurie were. They both worked hard to make sure I left satisfied. Finance dept. Was great as well. I was a little skeptical about coming to a dealership @ first but pohanka has changed that for me.
