No pressure, no pushy sales pitch - he also got me an even better model for a much better price. He even followed up with me the next say to see how everything was going. I told him I loved the car He assured me I could call or text him anytime if I had a question about the car since there are so many features to it. He connected my phone to the car's system before I left, showed me how to use some of the main features and off we went. Most pleasant car-buying experience I have ever had. After comparing apples to apples, Carlo Rubio at Pohanka Honda gave me the best offer. When I came to the dealership, he listened to me... and after a few twists (accessories, car color), he closed the deal. After the drive away, he followed up when I asked questions. He's an energetic young man who will go the extra mile to make your purchase experience as good as it should be. After all, why should "car buying" be perceived as such a stressful, agonizing chore. First experience at Pohanka Honda of Fredericksburg and i have to say it was a pleasure. Went into the dealership on a Monday and test drove one of there CRV models. Really liked the CRV, but thought the c have to say it was a pleasure. Went into the dealership on a Monday and test drove one of there CRV models. Really liked the CRV, but thought the car was a bit overpriced. Saw a comperable model on-line at CARMAX which was about 3K less than the one at Pohanka. We called our salesperson and asked if they could come close to the price of the one at CARMAX. After another phone call we had the Honda we wanted that came with the certification, navigation system and AWD. Tuesday we went and picked up our Honda CRV and things have been great ever since. Financing was easy too. We already had an approval in out pockets when we went to pick-up our car. Out of curosity we asked what kindof financial rate they would give us. Aftertalking to the financial person we were able to secure an APR of 1.24%. Try to find that anywhere else for a certified used car. Great salesperson, deal, and experience. I'll always give Pohanka the first shot whenever i plan on buying another car/truck. More

Unfortunately deal fell through due to unavailability of MINIVAN color we wanted. We ended up buying MINIVAN somewhere else. 2 yrs on, when we were in the market for our 2nd car, i did some research but started with Maureen and for sure, she offered great price (NOVA/DC).
