I beleived it really started with a phone call. She was the very best Customer Service I had received and a breath of fresh air to me and my daughter. I had to wait for my car like the others had said. The difference was she was honest and said I would have to wait for my car to arrive. The other said that but Amanada concern for keeping me up to date on a regular basis is what made me stay with your location.
