Pohanka Hyundai was a blessing to me. I got a pre-approved car loan from my bank. Mind you I didn’t do my research. I knew what SUV I wanted, but didn’t figure in the cost and fees before I got a pre-approved car loan from my bank. Mind you I didn’t do my research. I knew what SUV I wanted, but didn’t figure in the cost and fees before I went to the dealer. My loan wasn’t enough to cover the cost of the my desired vehicle. Kevin my sales rep showed me other options. I was determined to get leather seats and a sunroof. My loan did cover it. So I was disappointed and left. Kevin didn’t give up on me. He would send pics of new vehicle that came in. I still wanted what I wanted. Eric, his manager got involved to try to make it happen. I went back to the dealership. It was only 3 vehicles left. One was out of my price range. The other two didn’t have the options that I wanted. Once again I left feeling disappointed. Kevin never gave up. Kevin called me back. I went back this time Eric said I am going to do something for you I’ve never done before. He added the leather seats to one of the vehicle. Now comes my smile. I didn’t get both options that I wanted but I got one. First I thank God for his mercy and next I thank Kevin for his Persistence and I thank Eric for making it all happen. I will never go to this dealer again for service. This location lacks basic communication and customer service skills. I went in at 4:10 pm today to get an oil change which was my first for 7500 mile This location lacks basic communication and customer service skills. I went in at 4:10 pm today to get an oil change which was my first for 7500 miles. I called prior to arrival and got no answer. This dealership does walk in only. I asked the guy at the first counter immediately in front of the door how do i check in for an oil change. He pointed me to a gentleman 2 seats from the left counter. That employee saw me walking over and stepped off into the back. So I waited. There was a female in the far left counter seat after about 10-15 minutes I asked her about me getting an oil change. She went and got the guy who went into the back. He came back and said the last oil changes are at 4pm. I said wow I wish i knew that 20 minutes ago when I walked in. He went to the back and asked if they could do my oil change and they said no. I asked for who was in charge and was directed to the far right counter seat. The gentleman listened and told me that my oil change would get done it would be a 2hr wait….. 1 hour later he comes to get me to tell me that my oil change cannot be done today…….and the workers had been there since 7am……..well i had about 2hours of my time wasted and I came and sat and got no service and I've been at work since 4am. Please inform customers when they arrive of your 4pm cut off. I would have been fine with that information upon arrival. Instead of making me stand there seeking acknowledgement for the first 10-15 minutes. And why move my car and adjust my seats… just to say that you are unable to service a vehicle. I had to buy a filter for my car from you all to go get my oil changed…no one has it in there stores. I also paid 75$ plus 18 for the filter when my first oil change should have been free. However due to wasted time I refused to come back another day and my car needed to be serviced. A 20 minute oil changed took 3.5 hours of my day. Your establishment could have saved me time as soon as I came in the door. More
