They were excellent and worked hard to get me the best finance deal I could get. I would recommend it to anyone that needs a car. Paul was wonderful I just walked into the lot to and look around was not intending to buy that day, Paul approached me and from there I drove off the lot with a car. The Manager Tim was great. That Tim and Paul for putting me on the road again!

I had the opportunity to work with Mervyn "Dominic" Riley at the Easterns Automotive of Hyattsville. He is a professional in his presentation adn with the information about the cars that they had at the lot. He answered all of my questions. He even had snacks and coloring pages for my grandchildren. He listened to all of my concerns and included my concerns in the choice of cars that he showed me. I was assisted my Tim who helped me with my financing. Overall Domiic took care of me from the beginning to the end. I never felt like I was not his priority. I would recommend him to everone I know to purchase a vehicle.

Mervyn Riley is a very sharp employee. His customer service was excellent. His quality of work was sharp. He knew how to operate the mercedes-benz perfectly. The mercedes-benz that I had purchased was fully loaded, and he knew everything there was for me to ask.
The price of the mercedes-benz purchased was not bad. The blue book value was listed @ $42,000, and the car was purchased @ $46,000. It was amazing how I had called him six weeks later, and he remembered the deal. Mervyn explained everything to me about the purchase from his memory, and it was amazing how he had remembered everything. I recommend this dealership completely!
