Service department misplaced my wheel locks and on my most recent service visit they couldn’t find them. I was told I could pick up my car at 7am they did not open until 7:31am, it also states on websit most recent service visit they couldn’t find them. I was told I could pick up my car at 7am they did not open until 7:31am, it also states on website they open at 7am. Once they were open i was told i couldn’t come inside i had to wait outside until they got the line down just to pick up my car. My head and brake lights kept going out so brought my car in to be serviced I was told I would have to leave my car and that it most likely wouldn’t even get diagnosed for a week. I took my car to Oursiman Hyundai had my car diagnosed parts ordered and repaired in less than a week. This has been by far my worst experience with a dealership and would never recommend. More
