Honest, Fair, No Pressure Sales We received an email from CarGurus that a Buick Enclave with 41,000 miles was available at this dealership. We had been seraching for a pre-owned one with lower mileage but hadn't found anything with less than 85,00 miles.We had been shopping for several weeks and had test driven a Traverse at another dealer, which we were about to settle for, but we decided to take a look. We called Pointe and Eric Davis was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Best of all there was no pressure. We came back two days later and drove away very happy. I am still receiving emails from Car Gurus about Enclaves for sale and no deal I have seen comes close to the one we got. I went back and forth, test drove the Encore (overnight!) before ultimately deciding on the Terrain which I felt fit my needs perfectly. I can not say enough about my experience there. Everyone there treats you like family. Mike Simon was our sales rep (whom we used before) and he is the best. I told him where I wanted to be payment wise and he and Tom McIntyre made it happen, Mike even offered to deliver the vehicle to our house. They even have an onsite Farmers Mutual agent who printed out a proposal for me to take home which gave us a rate comparison much less than we were paying for our auto insurance (without me even asking). He was first-rate and has gone the extra mile to offer assistance in setting various features for me. The entire experience (test drive, explanations, purchasing, and delivery) was superb! I would highly recommend Eric as a salesman and I was completely satisfied with his excellent service.
