He answers all the questions we had and if he didn't know, he is truthful enough to tell you and gets the answer for you. We wouldn't deal with another salesperson. His sincerity is obvious in the way he treats you and reacts to you. Our deal was done before we even walked through the door. All it took was a phone call to him. We also were very impress with Tom McIntyre. He also was friendly and courtous. He reviews all paperwork with you and makes sure that you understand all the fine print. We felt very comfortable with him handling our lease agreement and fully trust his work. One of the best parts of Pointe GMC is Larry. It is not often that the manager of the dealership will personally come out to greet you and thank you for your business. We have always tried to do business with local people and he is a prime example of the benefits of our choice. Thank you to all of you for exceeding our expectations AGAIN. During our search for a new car, we encountered several different dealerships. Prior to coming to Pointe, we have very low offers for our trade in, and dealers were being pushy trying to get us to sign w different dealerships. We walked in, knowing exactly what we wanted, and probably were one of the easiest sales ever, thanks to a more generous offer for our trade in vehicle, than any other dealer we had visited. We did not plan on buying a car that night, but, it was an offer we knew that we could not refuse. Everyone has gone out of their way to helping make the entire experience great!
