Everyone, particularity Shaun and Dave from finance were kind and respectful! I did not feel pushed to make a decision or humiliated by my lack of knowledge or need for help financing the car as I have felt at several car dealerships in the area. Shaun and the people at Poquet have also followed up with me after the purchase. I have already recommended Poquet to friends. John Foley was the last person who worked with me and he was outstanding in everyway. My experience has been that the staff is without exception courteous and focused on providing the best service in every phase of car buying. Communications via phone and e-mail is the best I have ever experienced. All questions are answered promptly and accurately. Their car prices are very competitive and they are always fair on trade values. Sales is absolutely no pressure and I was permitted to evaluate several cars over several visits. I cannot say enough about the quality of the Poquette experience. I do hope I have the privilege of doing business at Poquette many times in the future. Thank you John Foley. You are terrific! More

The vehicle was spotless and we fell in love with it instantly!! As soon as we returned to the lot Dan was ready to help us through the fincial process and answered all of our questions with ease. Jada Hoist then helped us finalize the paperwork and explained the details while facilitating signatures as fast as I have ever experienced.
