There is none of the typical hi-pressure sales techniques. Also no negotiating or haggling, just premium quality customer service and impeccable sales knowledge. Poquet sells only top-condition cars, none with accidents. Then they provide their own unconditional 4-month warranty, over and above any remaining manufacturer's warranty. We went there on a Monday morning before Thanksgiving and signed the paperwork to trade our car and get a new one that same day. Then the "new" car went through Poquet's detailing service (including replacing 2 slightly worn tires with identical brand new ones), and we picked it up this morning, the Friday after Thanksgiving. I was referred to Poquet by 3 friends, and intend to do the same...what a class act this company is! More
