Once at Poquet the total time spent over the first visit to the second to pick up our new car was 90 minutes tops! That includes test drive, loan application and final paperwork. Staff is professional, friendly and knowledgable. If you are undecided on your next car it may take a little longer but you will still experience that Poquet brand of personal employee ownership that we feel every time we stop by, and your experience and end result will reflect dedicated customer service. After you have your car I must mention the service area as well. Great staff, timely and professional. I truly notice the difference compared to other service centers. The staff, sales or service, you meet with today will also likely be the staff you go back to down the road.
